Red Ribbon Week “Anti-Drug & Anti-Violence”

RED RIBBON WEEK
1.  Each day there will be judging at noon for the best dressed (1 boy & 1
girl from each grade)
2.  We will have daily trivia questions on the announcements that they can
win a candy bar.  If they know the answer they will put it in the office
trivia box.
3.  Students will be given a red ribbon on Monday and we will draw numbers
each day for winners who are wearing their ribbon and have not destroyed it.
4.  Each stars class will have a drug free poster outside their class.  We
will judge those after Tuesday sometime and the winning classes will receive
treats.
5.  We will have a scavenger hunt each day.  Students who find a round “Just
Say No” sticker in the school can take it to the office for a prize.  There
is a number associated with each prize.  We will have that each day.
6.  On “Red Day” (Thursday) we will judge the stars classes on who is
wearing the most red.  We will base it on a % of students in class and the
number wearing red.
7.  The drug free assembly is planned for Thursday at 8:30.
8.  The dance will be Friday and is scheduled for 2:00.  This
will be an eligibility dance, which means 1 F or 2 D’s students are in their
team’s study hall.
